Diana Madrigal Marín, attorney at law and Notary Public, with over 6 years of experience in Corporate Law and Real Estate matters. She has advised national and transnational companies with day-to-day aspects, as well as with the preparation of contracts and mergers and acquisitions processes. In the Real Estate area, she has prepared due diligence processes related to the acquisition of real estate in coastal and urban areas.  Additionally, within her career she has worked in different areas such as Business Administration, Customer Service and Human Resources, which allows her to have a broader vision when advising clients.
