Alberto Sáenz has more than 16 years of experience in the practice of legal advice. Currently, he is a founding partner of the firm Invicta Legal, prior to which he served as Co-founder and Partner of Regional Offices and Junior Partner for the law firm LLMR & T (2005), as well as co-founding partner of Integra Legal (2012) and as a partner of the legal area of ​​Ernst & Young (2014).

Alberto Sáenz has experience in corporate matter, real estate and trust structuring. Due to its solid trajectory, he has been able to develop and establish a recognized practice of legal advice and attention to clients and investors, local and international, that seek to invest in our country, both in coastal zones, maritime land areas, and in the great metropolitan area.
