He has extensive knowledge in Real Estate, Commercial and Corporate Law, offering legal advice in the acquisition, construction, planning, financing and structuring of real estate projects of all kinds, including condominiums, hotels and commercial areas.

In addition, he has experience in shoreline zone schemes, as well as in advising foreign and local investors on their needs and interests in Costa Rica.
