Daniela Madriz Porras has extensive experience in financing operations, financial services and corporate law.

As part of her experience, she has participated in the structuring of financing operations in the country and the region, carrying out processes of due diligence, negotiation, elaboration of contracts and structuring of guarantees. Likewise, Daniela advises Fintech companies and of financial services in authorization and/or licensing processes, as well as in its daily operations. Finally, she has an extensive experience in negotiation and structuring of asset development, investment agreements, operation and shareholders agreements, among others.
