Is pleased to announce the addition of Esteban González Roesch as new Partner, strengthening its team with a professional with a distinguished track record in the legal field.

Esteban is an Attorney and Notary Public with over 20 years of experience in business legal advisory, international transactions, and corporate and real estate law. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from ESADE Business & Law School (Barcelona, Spain) and a Law degree from the University of Costa Rica.

Prior to joining INVICTA LEGAL, he held key positions such as Legal Manager of the Wealth Management Office at CUESTAMORAS (a Costa Rican family office), where he led legal matters related to the investment portfolio, and as Legal Director at the regional firm BLP, overseeing the Business Law and Real Estate & Hospitality practice areas.

His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, real estate transactions, investment structuring and financing, cross-border deals, and corporate governance, providing strategic and legal value to every project.

Esteban is recognized for his business-oriented perspective, critical thinking, negotiation skills, and collaborative leadership. Outside of the professional sphere, he is a marathon runner, music enthusiast, and deeply committed to family life.
