EXPERIENCE:

Esteban González Roesch is an Attorney and Notary Public with over 20 years of experience in business legal advisory, international transactions, and corporate and real estate law. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, real estate transactions, investment structuring and financing, trusts, cross-border deals, and corporate governance. He joined INVICTA LEGAL as a Partner in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he held key positions such as Legal Manager of the Wealth Management Office at CUESTAMORAS (a Costa Rican family office), where he led the legal matters related to the investment portfolio, and as Legal Director at the regional firm BLP, overseeing the Business Law and Real Estate & Hospitality practice areas.

Esteban is recognized for his business-oriented perspective, critical thinking, negotiation skills, and collaborative leadership. Outside of the professional sphere, he is a marathon runner, music enthusiast, and deeply committed to family life.
