Juvenal Sánchez, is a founding partner of Invicta Legal, has more than 20 years of experience in legal practice. During that time, he has performed successfully as director of the Legal Department of Banco Cuscatlán (later Citi Bank) and partner of the law firm LLMR & T, also stood out as a founding member of Integra Legal (2012) and later as a partner in the legal area of Ernst & Young (2014).

Juvenal’s professional practice has been focused on advising clients from various industries in various legal matters, such as corporate matters, mergers, acquisitions, banking issues and real estate matters. Through this experience, Juvenal has been able to support local and regional clients in structuring businesses and formalizing corporate and commercial relationships, as well as in mergers and acquisitions and due diligence studies, among others.
