EXPERIENCE:

Daniela Pérez is currently a Senior Associate of the firm Invicta Legal, prior to which she was part of LLMR & T’s legal team, Integra Legal (2012) and Ernst & Young (2014).

Through the years, Daniela has developed her experience in the field of corporate and real estate law.

Currently, Daniela focuses on advising clients who want to invest in the acquisition of properties in different areas of the country, thus achieving a successful practice in the drafting of purchase agreements and due diligence studies, demonstrating vital support for their clients during all the development of the transaction. Also, together with her team, Daniela advises clients who are developers of real estate projects, providing them with vital support in the structuring of their projects.
