Is pleased to announce Mariana Loranca-Moya as the Firm´s newest Partner.

In recognition of her demonstrated growth, strategic contribution, and leadership potential, Mariana has been promoted from Junior Partner to Partner.

Over the years Mariana has developed her experience in assisting clients, both local and international, in the areas of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Mergers and Acquisitions, through the preparation of contracts of different nature, supporting clients in commercial transactions, preparation of corporate structures, shareholder agreements, among others.

Additionally, Mariana has extensive knowledge in the construction industry and the development of real estate projects from a legal perspective. As part of her experience, she has participated in property acquisition processes, credit structuring, investment contracts, preparation and negotiation of construction contracts and subcontractors, among others.
