Nathalia López, Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public, has experience in corporate, commercial, and real estate law. Throughout her professional practice, she has advised local and international clients on corporate matters, corporate reorganizations, business acquisitions, real estate development projects, and real estate transactions.

She has also participated in the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, due diligence processes, and the structuring of corporate and asset-related transactions.

She currently serves as an Associate in the Corporate Law practice area, advising clients on their corporate, commercial, and real estate matters.
