Is pleased to announce Daniela Madriz-Porras as the Firm‘s newest Junior Partner. 

Daniela has over 10 years of experience.  Her practice is focused in Corporate Finance, Fintech Companies, Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions. She graduated from Universidad de Costa Rica as Attorney at Law and then got a Master´s Degree in Banking and International Financial Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science (2019).

She is the first woman to become a Partner of the Firm.
